We normally choose the best courier service to ship orders to your destination, we care very about the safety of the items we ship globally. Some of the Shipping methods are Airmail, Aramex, ePacket, DHL, Local Shippers for local deliveries.

Once you have placed your order, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Shipping will take 12 – 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and about 18 -35 days for international orders (depending on location)

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customer fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.

Payment of those charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Simply select the product(s) you wish to buy then chose the variations you desire of this product then click add to cart.

Once you add the product(s) to your cart you can then continue to check out where you will be asked to provide your details (Name, Address, Phone Number..etc) once you do, you can either redeem a coupon code if you have any or continue to complete your checkout and make your payments.

You are not required to have an account to make your order, you can always buy as a guest however we always prefer you create an account with us for better customer services and communications regarding our new offers.

Please contact us at admin@sunhype.com within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us at admin@Sunhype.com within a maximum of 24 hours after placing your order, if the order was shipped already we can not approve cancellation or changes.

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us via email at admin@sunhype.com within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
